Furniture re-dos Makeovers

Some Before and Afters….

So I have been busy… some days I’m not quite sure with what… but busy none the less. I DO actually have something to show for it at the moment though: What do you think?

Here’s a bit closer view of the back:

Yes, that is bling….

Here’s the stencil on the seat a bit closer (I did that in Mascara):

some of the distressing- It’s van Gogh chalk paint collection paint in Mama’s Boy under Chivalry (if you were wondering).

So then there was this desk…

Not the easiest to see- there was massive water damage on the top and bumps and bruises all over. Now… she looks like this:

I just drool over the details…

So there you have it. Just a little of what I’ve been working on… I’m SO excited for all the things I’ve got cooking… details as soon as I can share, Promise!

I actually used Revenge on this piece. It’s a true, deep black. (Think the heart of a scorned woman)

Mascara is more of a dark charcoal “black” similar to a pencil lead color.

They’re both fabulous colors that can change the whole look of a piece depending in which one you choose.

I’m really digging the contrast and teal color you used on the desk!
